The Largest Holi Festival in the Western Hemisphere: Spanish Fork, Utah
March 30, 2012
Didn’t see that one coming, but it’s true. The largest Holi Festival of Colors in the Western Hemisphere is held at the Sri Sri Radha Krishna Temple in the small town of Spanish Fork, Utah. This year over 80,000 festival goers flocked to the temple’s hillside to enjoy traditional food, music and to get absolutely plastered in bright colors. Take a loot at the photos, and if you couldn't make it to Spanish Fork, information on the first Salt Lake City festival in April is here.
Check out photos from the Lathmar Holi festival earlier this month.
